A key requirement was to create a platform which allowed GIESCR staff to make updates; publish new content, create new pages as well as upload pdf documentation into a searchable database - without the need for in-house technical expertise or the cost of external help.

We selected our favoured Squarespace platform for its ease of use and 24/7 support and created clear and concise publishing documentation covering maintenance, updating and trouble-shooting.

We also gave online training to the GIESCR staff who, with no prior knowledge of web publishing or design, were able to take over full management of the site within weeks.
